Ready-Made Products

You may return unused ready-made items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused

  • Item must be in original condition

  • Item must be returned in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Custom 3D Print Orders

Because custom prints are made-to-order:

  • Custom items are non-returnable

  • Refunds are not available unless the product is defective or incorrect

If there is a production error or defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will review your case.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide photos of the damage

  • We will offer a replacement or refund after review

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
